We have a number of way which you can access support if you are LGBT+ or questioning your gender and sexuality.
We have a dedicated LGBTQ+ youth worker who can offer one to one support to young people in Hull who might need to talk to someone around gender and sexuality identity. This could be in school and accessed directly by a young person or requested by care givers, other support workers or education.
Step out group
We offer a weekly youth group for LGBT+ young people aged 11-17, who want to socialise with other young people experiencing similar things to them. For confidentiality and safety reason please contact us to arrange a first meeting with a member of the group staff who can have a chat about it with you and give you more information.
The group is run in partnership with the Warren and we have an experienced counsellor on the team which you can access through the group.
Get in touch with us via email, social media @stepouthull or give us a call on 01482 327044 / 07542 554 403
