Anyone can become a victim of domestic abuse, any age, gender, sexuality or nationality. Whoever you are you deserve support find it in any of these places. We also know that the rates of domestic abuse is likely to go up in the current circumstances, please ask for help. 

Always call 999 if you or someone else is in immediate danger.

National Domestic Violence Helpline

National Domestic Violence Helpline (for women) offer a 24 hour freephone helpline (run in partnership between Women’s Aid and Refuge) is available on 0808 200 247. It is answered by fully trained support workers and volunteers.

Women’s Aid

Women’s Aid offers support and guidance to women who have been a victim of domestic violence and also people who are worried about someone else. They aim to empower women who have been affected by domestic abuse to live independent lives free.
